Having day 1 out of 3 of GC finished I want to share something with you. I saw the posts about Infold staff denying people to enter with Valko Merch or Valko related items on them.

I talked to one of the Valko girlies at GC, she was working at another booth so she was able to already enter Wednesday. She gifted the staff members some Valko goodies and talked to them briefly. They said they didn’t even know about Valko, some only learned about it a day before the event started essentially.

I personally haven’t seen anyone being turned away because they had Valko merch on. I exchanged Valko gifts with girlies at the booth. Hell, I saw a girl right next to the interaction line with a bring back Valko sign held up.

I doubt they care about you wearing his merch because they don’t rlly know. And apparently also didn’t get instructions at all to stop any kind of behaviour regarding him 🤷🏻‍♀️

If anyone was denied entry it was due to something else.

The Security interrupted the meet up outside! Not because of Infold, but because of GC guidelines and crowding. These are 2 very different things.

this is exactly where the fandom keeps splitting into two camps: the people who absolutely hate Infold and blame them for everything, and the people who see Infold as another victim of the smear campaigns, harassment, and coordinated hate surrounding this whole mess.

But here’s the thing: both can be true to some extent.

Infold is a company. They’re responsible for their own decisions, and nobody has to suddenly baby them, forgive them, or pretend they’ve never fucked up. Criticizing them for the choices they actually made is completely fair.

But acknowledging that doesn’t mean we have to pretend they somehow benefited from this disaster either.
Look at what actually happened. Whatever their original plan was, they clearly invested a ridiculous amount of time, money, and resources into these releases, only to watch the situation spiral into something that hurt their revenue, reputation, staff, marketing, and future plans. You don’t have to love Infold to recognize that they took a massive hit too.

And on the other side, calling Infold a victim of a smear campaign doesn’t automatically erase their responsibility as a company. Being targeted and making questionable decisions are not mutually exclusive.

That’s why I find the whole “Infold only listens to CDG” argument so ridiculous. You can hate Infold all you want, but genuinely ask yourself: what exactly did Infold gain from any of this?
Because from where I’m standing, CDG didn’t hand them some glorious victory. They handed them a fucking PR nightmare.

So no, I don’t think Infold is some innocent little baby that needs defending. But I also don’t buy the narrative that they’re happily sitting there catering to CDG while watching their own plans, money, reputation, and staff get dragged through hell.
If anything, after everything that happened, I wouldn’t be surprised if Infold hates CDG more than both sides of this fandom combined.

Xavier has not made it made it through this unscathed. He is the ONLY LI (other than Valko ofc) who has had content FULLY DELETED since June 30th.

We lost an ENTIRE World Underneath chapter that gave crucial insight to his lore.

Imo? That's a thousand times worse than missing a banner as a Xavier main. I'd trade literally any Xavier banner to get Light Into Dust back. Skipping Caleb's solo hurt me less than it hurt the day that chapter was taken down.

Please, please, PLEASE stop saying Xavier mains have gotten through this unscathed.
