Virgin Mary, Mother of fair love, Mother who never refuses to come to the aid of a child in need, Mother whose hands never cease to serve your beloved children because they are moved by the divine love and immense mercy that exists in your heart, cast your compassionate eyes upon me and see the snarl of knots that exist in my life.

You know very well how desperate l am, my pain and how l am bound by these knots.

Mary, Mother to whom God entrusted the undoing of the knots in the lives of His children, I entrust into your hands the ribbon of my life.

No one, not even the evil one himself, can take it away from your precious care. In your hands there is no knot that cannot be undone. Powerful Mother, by your grace and intercessory power with your son and My Liberator, Jesus, take into your hands today this knot (mention your request here) I beg you to undo it for the glory of God, once for all, You are my hope.
O my Lady, you are the only consolation God gives me, the fortification of my feeble strength, the enrichment of my destitution and with Christ the freedom from my chains.

Friends, today I turn 40, and my heart is filled with gratitude.

Please join me in thanking God for the gift of life, grace, mercy, and every blessing along the journey. Truly, it has all been by the grace of God.

I am deeply grateful to my family, friends, and everyone who has walked with me, prayed for me, supported me, and shared in this journey to this moment.

At 40, I pray for even more strength and grace to do more, love more, serve more, and become more of what God has called me to be.

Thank you for being part of my story. May God bless you all abundantly. 🤩🙏🏽

Novena to the Holy Spirit
Day 6…

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of your love.

Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created, and you shall renew the face of the earth.

Let us pray:
O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE SEVEN GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

O Lord Jesus Christ Who, before ascending into heaven did promise to send the Holy Ghost to finish Your work in the souls of Your Apostles and Disciples deign to grant the same Holy Spirit to me that He may perfect in my soul the work of Your grace and Your love.
Grant me the Spirit of Wisdom that I may despise the perishable things of this world and aspire only after the things that are eternal.
The Spirit of Understanding to enlighten my mind with the light of Your divine truth.
The Spirit on Counsel that I may ever choose the surest way of pleasing God and gaining heaven.
The Spirit of Fortitude, that I may bear my cross with You and that I may overcome with courage all the obstacles that oppose my salvation.
The Spirit of Knowledge that I may know God, know myself and grow perfect in the science of the Saints.
The Spirit of Piety that I may find the service of God sweet and amiable.
The Spirit of Fear that I may be filled with a loving reverence towards God and may dread in any way to displease Him.

St. Joseph the Worker

St. Joseph is known as the humble carpenter of Nazareth and the foster father of Jesus. Though he speaks no words in Scripture, his life reveals strength, obedience, and deep trust in God. As the Gospel tells us, “Joseph… did as the angel of the Lord commanded him” (Matthew 1:24).

He faithfully protected Mary and the Child Jesus, especially in times of danger. When warned in a dream, he acted without hesitation: “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt” (Matthew 2:13).

St. Joseph worked with his hands, providing for the Holy Family through honest labour. In him, we see the dignity of work lived in simplicity, responsibility, and love. For this reason, the Church honours him as the patron of workers.

Historically, Workers’ Day (1st May) existed before this feast, arising from labour movements that sought justice and dignity for workers. In 1955, Pope Pius XII established the feast of St. Joseph the Worker on the same day, giving it a Christian foundation. He affirmed that human work is not merely economic activity, but a participation in God’s creative action.

The feast of St. Joseph the Worker reminds us that ordinary labour, when done with faith and love, becomes holy. Work is not only a necessity; it is a vocation through which we serve God and one another.

MERCY TUESDAY
(Isaiah 40:29)

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

Prayer for mercy:
Merciful Father, on this Mercy Tuesday I come before You with a grateful heart. Thank You for my life, for Your mercy, and for all the good I have received during this month, even the ones I did not notice. I do not take Your kindness for granted.
Have mercy on me and let Your hand of favour be seen in all that concerns me. Go before me and let things work out for my good.
Lord, make my life and home fruitful. May my efforts produce results and not be a waste. Grant that the seeds I have sown may grow and bring forth good harvest.
I thank You merciful Father, I trust in You, and I walk in Your goodness. Amen.

MERCY TUESDAY
(2 Corinthians 6:2)

Now is the time of Your favour, now is the day of salvation

Prayer for Mercy:
Merciful Father, standing upon Your Word in 2 Cor. 6:2, I claim this day as my day of mercy, my day of help, and my day of restoration. I don’t want to miss this moment.
On this Mercy Tuesday I come to You as I am-tired and in need of help. There are things I wish I had done better. There are things I don’t understand about my life. Sometimes I feel weak, and I don’t always know what to do. Please have mercy on me and help me start again. Don’t pass me by today. May today be my day of help, of grace, and of being made right with You. Stay close to me. Hold me when I am falling and show me the way when I am lost. Amen.

Jesus, I trust in you !
