The problem in the world today is not that there is too much darkness. The problem is that there is not enough Light. We must make GOD the issue in EVERY issue!
In this issue Brad Bright exposes how large parts of the media have abandoned reporting the news in favor of interpreting the news. America’s News Media has largely metastasized into the Narrative Media. And by narrative, Brad means propaganda. Just like traditional propaganda the Narrative Media twists, omits, and invents facts in order to exploit your fears—to bypass your intellect.
Fear is a powerful emotion. If they can scare you, they can control you.
Then he highlights a recent example of the next ominous step: AI-generated “reality” that looks and feels real. AI will empower the Narrative Media to fabricate deceptive visual images that look and sound real. When those images connect with our deepest fears, they become a nearly irresistible siren’s song. Brad closes with the four specific things Christians can do to help inoculate themselves from falling for the fear-based narratives of the modern Narrative Media.

For years, one question has haunted me. We’ve faithfully preached the gospel for decades and millions have come to Christ—so why has American culture gotten worse, not better? After testing all my prior assumptions, I found them wanting. But out of that intense examination the answer I was looking for finally emerged.
In this episode, I share my surprising, tearful conclusion. It’s not a lack of evangelism, follow-up, discipleship, social action or prayer. It was something that took me completely off guard—but probably shouldn’t have. One critical piece is still undeniably missing; that single element will determine the future of America.
Join me as I walk you through my very personal journey of discovery, finally solving the enigma which has perplexed me for years.

Tired of being bombarded with guilt-inducing soundbites disguised as compassion—like "no human is illegal," "love is love," or accusations of white privilege, racism or fascism? Megyn Kelly calls it "toxic" empathy. I call it SELECTIVE compassion or GUILT-TRIP compassion. It is MANIPULATION that appeals to emotion over logic. It cunningly redefines your values, and then it shames you into conformity.
In this episode of the God Is the Issue Podcast, Brad Bright breaks down how these peddlers of guilt control conversations by weaponizing shame and guilt.
Learn three simple, powerful steps to take back control. Discover how to win people—not just arguments—by fishing for those seeking truth, just like Jesus did. If you're a Christian frustrated by the emotional manipulation that grips our culture, this episode will better equip you to respond shrewdly and biblically.
Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a realtime update on where things stand with my cancer. There's a new tumor we're zapping with radiation this week. The last 18 months I’ve been off all the drugs because they created debilitating brain fog. Now my doctors are recommending a modified drug to temporarily halt the cancer. They think it will create substantially less brain fog. I'll give it a shot and keep you posted.
Kathy shares her heart too—the tough balance of supporting my choices even when they mean a shorter time together. We've turned this into one of the sweetest seasons of our marriage: chasing bucket list adventures, embracing every day, and refusing to let cancer steal our joy.
God has been our Coach through it all—bringing clarity on what truly matters, strength, peace, and meaning. We're excited about meeting our first granddaughter soon. Brad’s big project this year is writing his dad’s (Bill Bright) biography. Cancer is part of our reality, but God is the bigger story. Therefore, whatever happens, we win.
In this eye-opening episode of the God Is the Issue Podcast, Brad Bright exposes how the original Seven Mountains Mandate—a vision given to his father Bill Bright and Loren Cunningham—has been hijacked and distorted into a dangerous pursuit of political power.
Bill Bright focused on proclamation not power. Proclaiming the Gospel to cultural gatekeepers as ambassadors of Christ. Accelerating the Great Commission by focusing on people not power. Today's version trades a fishing pole for a sword, replacing God's strategy with Man's strategy.
Discover the key differences. Power corrupts the heart; Jesus redeems it. True revival comes from reaching people, not conquering systems. The core problem is personal not systemic. If you're concerned about the power-driven direction some Christians are heading, this episode is a must-watch.
