@PlayWarframe needs a clan bank to trade among clan members offline. Example: If my clan member is offline I can place a prime piece or mod in a bank that he can pickup when he gets online. The tax can still apply like normal. To prevent people from trying to boost the system

You can make it so you can’t deposit or withdraw from a clan bank unless you been a member at least 30 days and you have to wait x amount of days if you leave a clan before joining another one.
