New cat species discovered in over 100 years
Scientists have identified Leopardus tilcayo, a tiny wild cat found in Bolivia’s Yungas forests. The discovery began with a wildlife sanctuary reporting a “weird cat” and was later confirmed through genetic research
E C.S. Lewis disse “Se eu encontro em mim um desejo que nenhuma experiência desse mundo possa satisfazer, a explicação mais provável é que eu fui feito para um outro mundo.”
Neuroplasticity is REAL:your brain constantly adapts to the patterns you repeat, strengthening some neural pathways while weakening others. If you constantly tell yourself “I’m lazy,” “I’m bad at this,” or “I can’t do it,” you reinforce a pattern that makes those thoughts easier to return to. But when you repeatedly practice a skill, challenge negative thoughts, take uncomfortable action, or focus on what you can control, you’re training your brain in a different direction. Your thoughts don’t magically create reality, but your repeated thoughts influence your attention, habits, behaviour, and eventually your identity. You become what you repeatedly practice. So be careful what you rehearse in your mind every day.
