@HMRCgovuk you are an absolute joke as a organisation. Hours spent on hold & passed from pillar to post to he told a number of times I don’t have a penalty, this system is just catching up!! (Months)Yet this morning l letters advising you are charging interest!
@HMRCcustomers This is absolute tosh. The full amount was put into a payment plan, including the interest. Threatening to pass to a debt collecting agency is not helpful and misleading. Thanks for the link though, as usual hard to read and irrelevant. Now on hold again trying to sort!
And passing to a debt collection agency, despite having a payment plan in place. The stress and anxiety you cause is intolerable, especially for small business’s who don’t have a team of people to sort this. Stinks of another post office/ horizon scandal #PostOffice#horizon
