I have an overbilling issue that I been trying to resolve for the past 3 months. I have been sent from pillar to post but no solution rather cases are closed with no resolution. The situation is becoming worse instead of being resolved
Each time I am given a new reference to follow up on. Today I have received an sms informing me that a disconnection is scheduled against my account given warnings of disconnection whereas yesterday I was issued with yet another reference number that my account will be adjusted

From overbilling of R2000 in November, then R5000 in December, R8000 in January to R15000 in February for water consumption for a family of 4 only in Soshanguve nogal. Every week I am in soshanguve, akasia and midestad offices but still no one is able to assist.
@AbsaSouthAfrica I recently switched my home loan account over to Absa Home Loan. Boy, did it not just take a weeks and the transaction was done and dusted? Call it whatever, but I call it efficiency at its best.👊🏽
