@BTCare Engineer booked for today between 8:00am - 1:00pm. I took a day off of work to ensure I’m home, no sign of any Engineer!!! What is going on?!?

@BTCare I’ve been told an engineer is coming out at least 4 times, still no sign of improvement. We have a connection, but it’s been averaging at around 0.8mbps, so as good as none. Logged at least 2 complaints, 1 of which was apparently “resolved”, which I never agreed to. Endless pains
