It’s honestly why I mostly keep to myself as far as the community is concerned.

I remember being so excited to come into community with other women in this industry, but slowly the ugly side of the Domme space started to rear its head. Group chat drama, constant Domme bashing in posts, the whole “Faildomme” narrative, saying Dommes who show less are somehow better than those that choose to show more, and that the former means they’re not doing SW. It’s all just so ugly.

And to be clear I’m not talking about bringing awareness to genuinely horrible people in this space. Those people deserve to be called out. I’m talking about the high school gossip and bullying energy. Not cute.
