In a crude commercial fashion lacking collegiality/civility, Karger capriciously dismissed scientific doyen, Prof R Millar, Editor of Neuroendocrinology. His apparent fault was that his leadership propelled the journal to the highest IF journal in the field. Way to go Karger!
