Not something we want to post
But we feel like it’s time
@kevjohnson77 has started the petition for change at Rotherham United
From survival in the Championship to sitting in League 2. How far we have fallen is down to the decisions made by the ownership.
We have given the benefit of the doubt (some may argue for far too long) but for what Tony Stewart did for the club he earned that benefit.
But the last 3/4 years have shown change is NEEDED.
If you agree put your name in the petition

An Open Letter to Tony Stewart: Thank You for the Memories, But It's Time to Go
Dear Tony,
First and foremost, it is only right to acknowledge what you have done for Rotherham United in the early years of your ownership.
You gave this football club stability when it needed it. You helped deliver a new home in the New York Stadium, gave supporters something to be proud of, and presided over some fantastic moments, promotions and success that will always be part of our club's history.
For those memories, and for the commitment you showed during those early days, you deserve our thanks.
Nobody can take those achievements away from you. They happened, they mattered, and the supporters who lived through them will remember them.
But football is about more than what happened yesterday. It is about ambition, progress, and having the vision to build something for tomorrow. And, sadly, Tony, that is where the relationship between you and Rotherham United now feels broken.
The reality of where we are today is simply not good enough.
The club feels a million miles away from the ambition and optimism we once had. Performances, results and the general direction of travel have left supporters frustrated, disillusioned and increasingly worried about the future. Instead of looking forward to what we might achieve, we are looking over our shoulders and wondering just how far we can fall.
The prospect of Rotherham United slipping into non-league football is no longer something supporters can simply dismiss as an impossible nightmare. It is a genuine fear, and one that should alarm everyone who cares about this club.
We cannot keep drifting along, hoping that things will somehow improve. Hope is not a strategy. Nostalgia is not a plan. And the achievements of the past cannot be used to excuse the shortcomings of the present.
Rotherham United needs fresh ideas, fresh energy and new blood.
We need people with ambition, a clear vision and the determination to move this club forward rather than simply keep it ticking over. Most importantly, we need new investment, investment that gives us a genuine chance to compete, rebuild and return to where a club of our size and potential should aspire to be.
The supporters have played their part. Through the highs and lows, through promotions, relegations, difficult seasons and disappointing performances, the fans have continued to turn up, pay their money and stand behind their club. They deserve more than a constant cycle of frustration and uncertainty.
But something has changed. The tide has turned. The crowds, the atmosphere and the growing sense of disillusionment tell their own story. Supporters are losing faith, and once that faith goes, rebuilding it becomes an enormous task.
This isn't about demanding success every season or pretending that running a football club is easy. We know football is unpredictable. We know there will be setbacks. What supporters want is to believe that there is a plan, that there is ambition, and that the people running the club are doing everything possible to give Rotherham United the best chance of succeeding.
Right now, too many supporters simply don't believe that is happening.
Tony, you have had your time at the helm. You have given us some wonderful memories, and for that you should always be thanked. But there comes a point when recognising what someone has done in the past means being honest about what is needed for the future.
That time has come.
If the right buyer can bring the investment, ambition and fresh thinking that this club desperately needs, then surely the best thing you can do now is to allow that opportunity to happen. Selling Rotherham United to someone who can take us forward would not erase your contribution. In many ways, it could be the final and most important positive decision of your time as custodian of our club.
This is bigger than any one individual. Rotherham United belongs in the hearts of its supporters, its community and the generations who have followed the Millers through thick and thin. We cannot afford to let pride, sentiment or an unwillingness to change put the club's future at risk.
We need action. We need investment. We need ambition. And above all, we need a future that gives supporters something to believe in again.
So, Tony, please do the right thing.
Take the time to reflect on where we are, listen to the supporters who have stood by this club, and recognise that the tide has turned. If you can no longer take Rotherham United forward, then find someone who can.
Thank you for the good times, the memories and the new home you helped deliver.
But now, for the sake of Rotherham United, it's time to sell.
The Millers deserve a future, not just memories of what once was.
Up the Millers.

The warning signs were there all summer. Tony Stewart has been in charge during some of Rotherham United’s greatest moments. But that’s the past. Today, he’s the man responsible for the table below. And #RUFC fans are right to question how he’s let it happen.
