He’s basically speaking as if Ghana is so developed in a way that the private sector will kill for opportunities like this. But as much I dey love this man ein matter, this one deɛ, this point will not be taken anytime soon.

We do not have to wait for the private sector. We can build our own infrastructures and create opportunities for ourselves.
