While listening to "Run To You" by @DunsinOyekan, it actually hit me as to how seamless he incorporates storytelling in his songs and on a larger scale, his albums.
I had to write about this in a thread. I'll advise you. Play "Run To You" by Dunsin Oyekan while you read this.
See una, these small boys that think they can hold a camera, stand in front of a ring light, and correct their fathers.
Firstly, you didn’t post the whole clip. You just took the short part so you wouldn’t expose your foolishness.
Yes dr. Abel damina said is true, there’s no Scripture in the Bible that says exactly what you’re claiming.
The original Hebrew of Proverbs 18:22 does not say “He that findeth a wife findeth a Good thing.” The Hebrew says matsa ishah, matsa tov — “he who finds a wife finds good.” The word tov means “good,” “goodness,” or “what is good.” The KJV renders it as “findeth a good thing,” but “thing” is supplied in English; it is not in the Hebrew text.
And this whole phrase you’re pushing is very stupid, "Read your Bible for yourself". The Bible is meant to be studied carefully, after you have properly taught, so you don’t end up embarrassing yourself online like this guy.
Abraham, gesturing like women is not something that is relative to time. The entire concept of masculinity wasn’t invented in our time, yes. That said, there’s a pattern to this. Caligula was killed by a man because he constantly mocked him for being effeminate…2000 years ago
Lol, usually what’s defined as “manly” is just acting according to the prevailing stereotypical masculine expression of the epoch you were born into.
E.g pink was previously considered a masculine color and men wore it with pride.
Now it’s viewed as “effeminate” lmao.
@ShoBolu Women lower than men. That’s a wrong application. Men and women are distinct. When someone says let’s not blur the lines, it does not translate to mean the distinction speaks to inferiority, it’s only an acknowledgment of the uniqueness of each gender.
If being rigid means not putting yourself out as effeminate, I’m wearing it like a shield. If choosing to be manly when I am is performative, then put the tag on my head. You all will not gaslight anyone here.
“…live a little.” Igbalode radarada.
lol, live a little. Your validation of manliness should be rooted in your internal self.
Rigid, performative posturing doesn’t make you more masculine lol.
Generic and repetitive.
Potentially 0 creativity in storytelling
Definitely 0 creativity/ adherence in casting.
We’re well and truly in the pits in Nollywood.
You guyssss, finally a campus movie that will give you all the feels. I am so excited about this one, can October come sooner? It has all your favs in it.
@FacelessTtv ai art actually requires way more talent and skill than pencilslop bc you have to be really good at the English language to make good ai art while pencilslop is made by copying what u see
This is a very nice question. My answer? I’ll just fade into nothingness knowing I lived the best life possible.
Now let’s flip the table. What if the Christians are right? How does the atheist stand before the one he so denied?
@DibiaErnesto@NwagbaraIzuchuk This is strange behavior. You don’t comment in public and expect your comments not to be challenged. If it was personal, then it’s harassment as the only parameter for that is the DM.
