Let me just say, this verse hit a little different today….
““What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!””
Mark 9:23-24 NLT
Jesus meant this!
”Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and possess the land.“
Exodus 23:30 ESV
Keep the faith and hope! God is doing it little by little. What He promised is happening.
Trying to understand is like straining through muddy water. Have the patience to wait! Be still and allow the mud to settle. Lao Tzu
Great quote that I realized is connected to scripture:
“But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.”
Romans 8:25 ESV
Dear God, as we celebrate our Veterans on today we pray that remembering reminds us of the joy of serving together and the strength of unity. In Jesus name we pray. Amen Happy Veterans Day.
Anyone that knows me know I enjoy coffee, a good fedora, and sneakers. This sneaker is the Jordan 3 2018 mocha. It’s my favorite non-OG color-way of the Jordan 3. It wasn’t always that way. When they retroed in 2018 I slept on them like many others. They finally sold out and then mocha color ways become a thing. They ended up growing on me and I went back and got em for basically retail.
This made me think of our lives and seasons of our life. You can be undervalued in one season but appreciated in another. You didn’t change, but who you always were was finally discovered and then valued. The great thing about being in Jesus, our manufacturer knows our value. Never base your value on man’s seasonal affection or trends but on God’s eternal value. #sneakertheology
Today, I’m flipping the script. God, instead of inviting You into my day, and You doing things for me according to my agenda, my prayer is that You show me what You want me to do for You. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. In Jesus name. Amen
God, what is Your will for me today? Where would You have me to go? Who would You have me to talk to? Also, where don't You want me to go? Who don't You want me to talk to? Give me and show me Your will today. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done. In Jesus name. Thank God. Amen.
