when I minted "creation", I knew it wasn't finished...
but i was leaving for New York and wanted to test myself.
while working this scene, i had several variations that i loved and couldn't decide between, but i felt a very strong urge (the Muse) to mint before leaving. so i did...
i knew by minting it and only me knowing it's unfinished, it would eat at me. i wouldn't be able to sleep or think about anything else, and i wasn't/couldn't.
to feel the overwhelming need to work on art and not be able to work on art is a very very powerful emotion, and to be honest, i needed to feel something. something powerful.
...low and behold, when i got home i sat down and things just started to fall in place as i continued to work the scene (the Muse reveals Her plan) and it hit me like a ton of bricks... but this is not new for my ackstract works. a similar thing happened with "you will n̶o̶t̶ surely die".
these ackstract works are not me just minting another piece. they are me being completely free to the Muse's vision. i take my role as Her servant very seriously. we should expect nothing less of me by now.
so...the piece above is 9k resolution, which is great, but it was only a fraction of what the final piece would become, which is 44k resolution.
most computers won't bother trying to load this file because it is so dense. but i don't care.
one day, the tech will catch up and this will be on display as it was meant to be.
the file is 1.2 gigabytes and has to be linked in the metadata because most browsers wont open it. yet.
So i minted a 14k resolution version so it will be viewable, and the full resolution will be attached as a permanent link in the metadata (use safari to open the 44k res file)
lastly, to whomever wins this, i hope you have a big wall.
appreciate everyone who's bid thus far.
here is the final work - highly recomment you view on gallery and try to view the full resolution as well. cheers
