5. Farmers can sell online to any other state and send the produce by Railway or Truck.
6. Going to court is allowed but the delay in decisions make it very impractical.

Minimum support price..actual mein Maximum support price ban jaata hai..

Aur kisan kahi aur nahi jaa pata.

A better Organized farming will be achieved due to Pvt. sector organisational skills and logistics expertise.
Transparency and standardization in quality, timely payments etc will be other benefits.
Being a vendor to Large corporates had been beneficial for everyone. 🙏

Unreforemd situation in Farming sector was such that no investor was ready to invest in farm sector for modern farming, food processing industry, and other agriculture dependent industry.

People say Amani Ambani are behind it. #APMC

They forget that other corporates like Tata, ITC, Unilever, Nirma, Future group, D Mart will also be there to buy the produce. It will lead to healthy competition and getting better prices.

Hence important thing is to make MSP release and Measurable quality standards of produce mandatory by Government. May be third part quality services to be employed. All this can be done by modernizing Mandis.

This will harm farmers if their produce is not upto mark and law prescribes punishment for buying it at lower than MSP. Farmers will not find buyer for a lower grade product.
