@SwiggyCares Please make sure your system doesn’t doesn’t accept orders from a closed restaurant and if it does charge penalty to the restaurant because the consumer and delivery partner both has to suffer take actions against my case

This is absolutely unacceptable. I placed a prepaid order (#241217077742131) from KFC Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, and after reaching the outlet, the delivery partner informed me that the restaurant was CLOSED. Despite taking my payment, neither Swiggy nor KFC
@JVVNLCCare Power went out in our area at around 3:30 AM. I called customer care expecting assistance during an essential service disruption. The call was answered, but despite repeatedly saying “hello,” no one responded. Instead, the staff could be heard talking among themselves
If this issue is not resolved immediately with a full refund and proper explanation, I will be filing a formal complaint before the Consumer Commission and submitting all available evidence.Customers should not have to pay for orders from closed restaurants and then be ignored

• CCTV footage showing that no delivery was made

@zomato Is this the new way to treat customers? Ordered Crispy Fried Chicken and got soggy chicken that looks nothing like the advertised item. The container was full of moisture and the food was not crispy at all. Completely a wrong item delivered not as promised @zomatocare

Absolutely appalling customer service from @zomato@zomatocare. Ordered food with specific instructions that were completely ignored. When I contacted support, the agent 'Siddu' said he was looking into it, and then abruptly closed the chat 2 minutes later without any resolution!
