You’ve said it, Coach. As an athlete, and even more as a coach, I couldn’t stand listening to a S&C coach that couldn’t run, crossover, shuffle, etc. but had the nerve to “teach” it to me let alone yell at me while I’m training through it.
During in-season the older guys will lift above 80% every 10-15 days and during the year the younger guys will do the same every 8-10 weeks.
