We the people of Nigeria can re-engineer a Parliamentary structure along this line. We need to move toward a working Nigeria without acrimony.

We need to work toward a Nigerian Model of Parliamentary system where the between 19 to 19 federating units will be fully viable and functional states. Each state will have a premier, and the federal parliament will be headed by the Prime Minister.
In the ongoing political dispensation, "Never hate your enemies. It affects your judgment"
This famous quote was originally written by Mario Puzo and spoken by the character Michael Corleone in the classic film The Godfather Part III, and this statement generally holds true within the Holy Writs. In our country, Nigeria, the social media buzz accompanying political exchanges, and the razzmatazz within the political atmosphere are laden with a burning sensation of "bitter hatred". To this end, there is a disturbing loss of objectivity, leading to reactive and poor decision-making that can ultimately make one vulnerable to one's opponents.
We need to build a country we can call home, and home to all our various peoples. This cannot be achieved with this level of bitterness and hatred. Let me say this: "You do not need to hate the sitting President in order to be in opposition". Question his ideas or challenge his decisions and policies, but do not hate him.
The times are challenging, and living is generally austere but let us focus on ideas and policies that can improve our lives not "opposition for the sake of opposition".
There is much work to be done, so "let's set out at dawn".
These statements are mere conjectures, broadly over-exaggerated and over-generalized without deep specifics. For example, bran and fiber are the same thing and the type of bread depends on the fiber-content. So which bread are you referring to?
Just remember that the whole of India, Turkey, Middle East, and most of Europe and America live on bread for a long time now (...give us this day our daily bread...).
Note that the issue of highly processed flour is just a question of how much bran (fiber) is left in the finished flour products such as white bread, biscuit, whole wheat, semolina, or other blends.
There is, however, the issue with gluten which is person-specific and poses some reactions in people with auto-immune challenges. This is based on underlying conditions or persons with specific wheat allergies.
Wheat is like other carbohydrates (Cassava, yam, plantain, maize, etc) and should be consumed in healthy combination with other foods like proteins and healthy fats depending on ones preferences.
Let us be deep and look critically at the issue of food, food risks, and safe combination of food at the table for a healthy living
My take!
My meter failed last year, and on 09/09/2025 your team came for the retrieval of the failed meter. The new meter was installed on 14th Mar 2026.
I have been following up on the credit transfer from the damaged meter to the newly installed meter since then.
The new meter number: 75300045236
My account number: 0102702314
Available credit: 5064.56 kwh (Based on the field report by your team)

Sodium in instant noodles? where is the sodium coming from? And what do you mean by processed carbohydrates?
I agree with you that anything consumed in excess comes with risks. So, just make sure you configure your food to your nutritional needs and be wary of any metabolic or auto-immune condition.
Some of these dietary hypes are mere conjectures, and they should be investigated further to ensure we are truly at risk.
What is the difference? Noodle is from wheat flour and we all eat the different products from wheat. It is a carbohydrate just like our own cassava or yam which the Asians eat as well.
My take is this: Let us base our judgement on sound empirical facts backed by data and not conjectures.
What is wrong with eating noodles?
I agree over-indulgence is not good for anything and I mean anything. Control and moderation is the way for all but for those with specific metabolic challenges, extra care is needed guided by expert advice.
To make noodles is the same because we copied the current process from the Asians. It is simply by milling wheat to a pre-defined level of fiber (semolina-grade milling) and then cook the dough. The dough is pressed through dies before passing it through hot oil for spontaneous deep-frying (This is the legacy recipe with proprietary variations depending on the manufacturer). the deep-fried noodle is then dried and packed.
As for seasoning, the different cultures do things differently. As you can see, Africans, Indians, and Arabians use more spices than the Europeans. When the Europeans needed to spice up their foods, they headed for Africa, India, and Arabia to get these spices. Over 95% of most seasonings are natural food extracts, except for the addition of trace synthetic flavour enhancers.
These seasonings are "generally regarded as safe" within the respective Food Code, and NAFDAC is responsible for enforcing general compliance.
This is to remind you that my replacement meter was installed on 14th Mar 2026, and until now it was not commissioned/setup from your end, and my credit transfer is also pending. The 100 units that came with the new meter was already exhausted and the meter is off.
This has taken so long. What will it take to resolve this issue?
You have sent series of emails promising to fix it, I have been to your Alausa office, and also to your Oregun customer care office all to no avail.
What do you advise me to do?

Nigeria will survive!
1. The ongoing BAT Presidency did set out to confront very consequential National issues. The results, so far, are mixed though encouragingly commendable.
2. There is a pressing need to strengthen institutions of national and sub-national governance and deepen democratic thought across the nation.
3. Corruption and impunity remain recurring decimals to be intentionally eliminated from our national ethos. It is said that "Righteousness exalts a nation but corruption (sin) is a reproach".
4. The 1914 amalgamation and its unintended consequences remain a major geo-political issue to be comprehensively resolved. It is either a blessing or a burden depending on what we make of it.
5. We must decouple socio-cultural, political, and religious sentiments from insecurity, and then firmly treat insecurity as acts of criminality. Our armed forces can successfully handle the security challenges if the objectives are clearly defined.
6. The Nigerian elites should collaborate across board and work out operable agenda for true nation-building.
7. In the long run, Nigeria will be fine in some way, shape, or form.
LET US PRAY, WATCH, & WORK TOGETHER!!!
Thinking on these possibilities, and seeing what we (humans) are doing, it leaves me with a deep sense of awe: That we are progressing on this timeless journey of becoming. Just keep moving onward.
Let us PUSH this narrative.
The regional lines can be re-aligned to meet our needs, but the regions should be viable socio-cultural, geo-political. and economic entities.
A "One country-Many systems" model that allows for a gradual coalescence into a multi-cultural democracy.
We the people of Nigeria can re-engineer a Parliamentary structure along this line. We need to move toward a working Nigeria without acrimony.
