@Bryce123317 @CMO931719 @Osinttechnical The gulf countries I’m thinking of send their kids to US colleges (their govt pays) and they also pay them a stipend as a student so they don’t need to work jobs. Pretty sure they will gladly fund this if it brings stability to their region.

The US could have committed to a ground war to “win” in the manner you’re suggesting. Having gulf countries fund a 300B fund for rebuild over that is a win IMO 🤷🏻
