Mallapuram, Kerala: Repeat offender Muhammad Koya (60), who rapes children by luring them with candy, has been arrested again by police.

Mohd Koya offered sweets to a minor, took him/her to an empty building and sexually assaulted victim.

A year ago, he was arrested under POCSO for similarly molesting a minor.
