Play is a state.
Actively choosing to inhibit oneself and imagine all the different possibilities, the different lines of choice, in the situation you're in right now.
When we get rigid, boxed, stuck, looping,... we stop seeing those options.

As a general rule:
It's the allowed to meditate while using your screen.
Not allowed to use your screen during the meditation.
This is practice.
Direct your attention to the people sitting.
Focus on one of them.
Observe their shape, posture.
At first sight they might look static.
Look at micro-movement.
Keep your awareness fixed on the person.
See how seeing the space around blurs the person a bit.
Return to seeing the person.
Shift back and forth a couple of times.
Now go back to what you were doing.
Notice if anything changed in how you perceive your environment and others around you.
