@Seth_3773 In NCAA, the throw must come from the home plate area. IMO, this is not in the home plate area.
The B-R must also interfere with the ability for the fielder to receive the throw at 1b. That's a judgement call for the ump, so it is what the ump calls. I disagree with the call.
