@kitzluvs I think it must be virtually impossible. I lookat my own home, my child & I are allergic to wheat, oats, legumes (that includes soy and all beans,and rooibos tea) dairy and eggs. So we are limited to fruit, veg and meats. We don't eat rice because hubby is diabetic. It costs 😭
