@logorn_gadum What's sad it is Halo Anniversary actually had merchandise made for its 2011 release ontop of over 100 toys, shirts, and merchandise for the 10th anniversary celebration. Unlike the 25th anniversary which has less than 20 merchandise products produced for it in 2026 thus far.

@Marklord117 @_teitokuma Yeah, and the Spartan 1.1s. Thankfully that only limited to 2 characters in the ARG. The rest of the cast were just normal humans, mostly everyday civilians with only 2 ONI agents and a UNSC general.

@_teitokuma And don't get me started on the annoying trend of Halo turning regular human character into a Spartan 1 or 4. I really hate that they made Sgt. Forge from Halo Wars into a Spartan 1, because some people complain about him killing an Arbiter was somehow "unrealistic".

@_teitokuma The funny thing is Sgt. Johnson was never meant to be a Spartan 1. He was meant to be a normal human until Bungie got upset with the "Sgt. Johnson is immune to the Flood" plotline in Frist Strike. They made him a Spartan 1 in the Graphic Novel just to retcon his Flood immunity.

@wherethegothgfs @zeddikins More likely, they just reusing David Scully's old audio recordings unaltered just for the Halo 1 campaign, but only got new actor just for the prequel levels. Much like what happened with Uncle Iroh in Avatar: The Last Airbender or Aku in the last season of Samurai Jack.

If the 3 prequel levels was turn into a 10+ level orginal prequel game like Gears of War: E-Day instead of a bonus add-on to a remake of Halo 1, I would be excited for this. But as is, I just feel apathy. I feel this is repeating the mistake of Gears of War: Judgement & Halo CEA.

@henrybadger19 The more they show off the remake the less interested I'm in it. As much as I love Halo 1 and the Bungie Halo games, I'm honestly just going to ignore Campaign Evolved and play other games instead. Star Wars Zero Company, Cuphead 8-bit, and Alien Isolation 2 has my interest more.

@NocontextRvB Everytime I look at Red vs Blue Animated conpect art, the more sad I am that it was canceled. Because the test footage showing off the Reds & Blues interacting with the Covenant was great. They could had more Halo universe cameos like the Flood, Sgt. Johnson, or 343 Guilty Spark.

@TehSpearhead The Jazwares figures are more stable & a bit higher quality control than the McFarlane Toys' Halo figures. McFarlane figures break easily but had had great detail, especially the ODST figures.

The new 12 inch Jazwares figure releases are good for budget action figure collectors.
