@opspoilers2025 Yes there are some issues that I personally faced.
1. While calling even the lowest volume level is very loud causing fatigue with hissing noise ( only on calling ).
2. This DAC sometimes malfunctions, causing all media to freeze, and you have to reconnect it.

@tecHNerDX_ @Suresh_3_ one thing to note:just turn off any type of audio enhancement feature available on your device like Dolby Atmos,so that you can have the most balanced/original output, in Xiaomi devices just select the original preset
But yes depending on the device the quality of output changes.
