@SSUpadhyay12 At present the Revenue Courts reject application of such types at the outset. While Civil Courts take jurisdiction to themselves and pass decree. My limited question is that this situation sustains under mandate of which specific legal provision?

@SSUpadhyay12 Sir I do understand this. In fact I have beforehand downloaded and read your entire booklet thoroughly. However, unfortunately the cases are dealt at present in a different manner altogether. In sofar as I understand there is no equivalent of 331A under the new Revenue Code.

to say that the land use has been changed in reality without the required declaration. The bare Act provision in the UPLRC appears to be inconsistent with the above stated practice. I only wish to know that partition suits are filed before Civil Courts under what provision .....
