On their latest report, @HRW cannot claim accountability while ignoring its own findings: Kinshasa arms, finances and coordinates with FDLR, Wazalendo, foreign mercenaries and the Burundian army, all dangerous armed forces/militias at the core of the conflict & human suffering in eastern DRC.

It should be clear that the RDF is not AFC/M23. Any serious investigation requires impartiality, access, forensic rigor, due process, and not conclusions announced in advance, or bombastic calls for sanctions.

The path forward remains the Washington Accords with balanced mediation, in pursuit of sustainable security, dialogue, accountability and regional cooperation.

Rappel des faits : #Kinshasa a d'abord asphyxié sa propre population en fermant les banques. Aujourd’hui, le régime ose accuser son voisin de mépriser la vie des Congolais simplement parce qu’il ferme ses frontières face à l’épidémie d’Ebola !

Quelle preuve vous faut-il de plus ? La stratégie de #Tshisekedi reste inchangée : instrumentaliser le #Rwanda pour masquer ses propres échecs. Notre voisin est pleinement dans son droit en protégeant ses frontières.

Si Kinshasa se souciait réellement de nos vies, il agirait concrètement au lieu de se complaire dans la victimisation et les accusations stériles. Trop c'est trop, on en a assez!

Les frontières ne sont pas fermées. Dans le cadre de la protection de la santé publique et de la prévention de la propagation d’Ebola au Rwanda, tout voyageur entrant ou sortant du pays est contrôlé.
