At 3:14 AM, my phone buzzed.

"Memories: 5 years ago today."

I swiped it open, expecting a blurry photo of a pizza or a sunset. Instead, the screen showed a live feed of my current bedroom, taken from the corner ceiling.
In the photo, I was sleeping. But there was someone else. A tall, pixelated figure was standing over my bed, holding a finger to its lips.

The timestamp at the bottom didn't say 2021. It said 03:15 AM. TODAY.

I looked up at the corner of my ceiling. There was no camera. Only a small, wet smudge on the drywall.

My phone buzzed again.
"Memories: 10 seconds ago."

I looked down. The new photo was of the back of my head, looking at the previous photo.

I haven't turned around yet.
