#58 in the books. ๐บ๐ธ
This one means a little more.
Our customer is currently deployed in Iraq, serving our country. He wanted to come home to something special besides his amazing wife, so we made sure his Cybertruck was ready to welcome him back in true Gold Standard fashion.
While he's out there taking care of us, it's only right that we take care of him.
Now he'll get to enjoy the best of both worlds , family and a mirror-finished Cybertruck waiting in the driveway.
Thank you for your service, and thank you for trusting us with your truck.

Cybertruck #57 is officially in the books. โ
Another truck transformed from factory stainless into a true mirror finish, and another happy owner. Seeing the customer's reaction never gets old.
What started as an idea has now become 57 Cybertrucks polished across the country, and we're just getting started.
Thank you to everyone who's trusted Gold Standard Finishing with their trucks. We take a lot of pride in delivering that final finish before handing the keys back.
On to #58. ๐

You can ceramic coat it, but in our experience there's really no need to.
The reason is that we're not just polishing the Cybertruck,we're removing the factory mill lines and creating a true mirror finish in the stainless steel itself. Once the surface is that smooth, dirt, fingerprints, and contaminants have far less texture to cling to, making it much easier to keep clean.
A ceramic coating adds a sacrificial layer on top of the metal. While that can help on paint, on a mirror-polished Cybertruck it's actually the coating that can end up collecting swirls and scratches over time, which can dull the clarity of the reflection.
We prefer to leave customers with pure polished stainless steel. It wipes down easily, stays cleaner longer, and if it ever needs a touch-up years down the road, you're working directly with the metal, not a coating sitting on top of it.
That's one of the biggest advantages of polishing over wrapping or coating. The finish is in the stainless steel itself.
A full mirror polish typically runs between $7,000-$8,000 depending on your location and travel requirements.
The process usually takes us about 2.5 to 3 days,
Once completed, you're left with a true mirror-finish stainless steel truck that's easier to maintain than the factory finish, doesn't peel like a wrap, and can last the life of the vehicle with normal washes and occasional light touch-ups.
Absolutely. We've polished Cybertrucks in all kinds of environments, including snow, road salt, beach air, humidity, and intense sun.
One of the first Cybertrucks we polished in Hawaii was over a year ago, and it still looks fantastic today. We've also polished Cybertrucks in Utah that see snow and salted roads during the winter. On top of that, Paul Schneider's Cybertruck (owner of Chemical Guys) lives near the beach in Southern California. We polished his truck over two years ago, and it still looks amazing.
The key is that the Cybertruck is made from 301 stainless steel, so it doesn't oxidize like aluminum. Regular washes to remove salt, dirt, and contaminants are usually all that's needed. The mirror finish itself is permanent, the maintenance is simply keeping it clean and doing occasional light touch-ups if desired.
That's one of the biggest reasons many owners choose polishing over wrapping. No peeling, no fading, no replacing wrap every few years, just stainless steel looking the way it should.
We've now polished 57 Cybertrucks across the United States and continue to see these trucks holding up extremely well in all types of climates.
We typically charge $8,500 for a full mirror polish, but we travel through New Mexico fairly often, so Albuquerque would be $7,000
That includes transforming the factory stainless finish into a true mirror finish that's easier to maintain, doesn't peel like a wrap, and stays with the truck for life with normal washes and occasional light touch-ups.
We've polished 57 Cybertrucks nationwide so far. Feel free to send me a message if you'd like more details or photos of previous trucks we've completed. ๐
Honestly, easier than the factory finish. The factory stainless tends to hold fingerprints, streaks, and smudges. Once it's mirror polished, the surface is much smoother, so it actually wipes clean easier.
Most owners just wash it like a normal vehicle and wipe it down with a microfiber. Since it's stainless steel, it doesn't oxidize, so you're not constantly fighting the finish.
We've got customers over 2 years in now, and with regular washes it still looks great
Horsepower meets the future.
A classic muscle car reflected in a mirror-finished Cybertruck. One of the coolest shots we've captured.

@Xapp_TV We replaced those with some really cool foundation plaques made from stainless steel. It makes the truck look really good with it being polished and those being satin-finished.
Polished Cybertruck #56.
Itโs crazy to think it almost feels like yesterday we were doing our very first oneโฆ figuring it out, pushing ourselves, learning the stainless, chasing perfection, and believing in something most people said couldnโt be done.
Now here we are. 56 trucks later. Different cities. Different states. Different people. Same passion. Same hunger to keep getting better every single time we touch one.
This journey has taken us places we never imagined โ from Hawaii to Mexico City to SEMA โ and the craziest part is weโre still just getting started.
#57 and #58 are already lined up for next week.

@_jeffreyr Yes, it didn't need it, but since he had a little issue with his kids playing around it and hit one panel, he had me do a quick once-over with a soft flannel buff.
Number 5.
Back when polishing a Tesla Cybertruck to a mirror finish was still something people said couldnโt be done right long-term.
Over two years later, this is still one of my favorites , Landonโs truck from Awesome Family Chiropractic still looking clean, sharp, and turning heads everywhere it goes.
Thatโs what matters most to us. Not just the first day shineโฆ but how these trucks hold up years later in the real world.
Crazy to think this was only polished Cybertruck #5 for us.
Now weโre over 56 trucks deep and still learning, improving, and pushing the industry forward every single day.
From one truckโฆ to a movement.
