10 civilians have died from starvation and malnutrition in Gaza in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health, as a result of Israel’s blockade and the deliberate obstruction of humanitarian aid.
Ambulance sirens sounded this morning across Gaza as an emergency call, warning of worsening famine and a rapidly deteriorating health situation due to the crippling, ongoing Israeli siege.
More than 900 Palestinians have been killed and over 6,000 others injured while trying to obtain food for their families.
🚨A chilling scene from the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza: with food supplies completely cut off, desperate civilians are forced to scrape up flour mixed with sand just to keep their families alive.
This is not fiction, this is the horrifying reality of Gaza today, July 18.
🚨 TESTIMONY: Freed Palestinian prisoner, journalist Sami al-Sa’i, describes how he was raped by Israeli soldiers with objects as a “welcome” to Israel’s notorious Megiddo “Prison.”
He says the assault left him bleeding from his rectum for 22 days without any medical care. Detained for 16 months without charge, al-Sa’i also recounts the horrific suffering of fellow prisoners with scabies—left untreated as they cried and scratched themselves raw. Only when the disease began spreading to the Israeli prison guards—who came to beat them or transfer them to court—was limited treatment finally provided.

Doctors warn that hospitals in Gaza will turn into “silent graveyards” amid Israel’s blockade of fuel.
Over 100 premature babies in incubators face immediate risk of death.
the chant we will all be repeating, thanks to the brilliant Bob Vylan who made all the Zionists go insane with rage:
DEATH, DEATH, DEATH TO THE IDF
DEATH, DEATH TO THE IDF
DEATH, DEATH TO THE IDF
DEATH, DEATH TO THE IOF
DEATH, DEATH TO THE I0F
DEATH, DEATH TO THE IOF
Imagine that every single day I have to post the names of over 80 people, mostly relatives of each other, and not a single name makes it to breaking news on TV?
For an effing day prove you are professional journalists and media and say their names.
Yesterday an entire family (Abu Amsha) was wiped out in their tent. Their names are in the comments below.

Do you condemn this?
I condemn only the killing of these people who have been occupied for years and starved for months.
This footage is from the Shati refugee camp where I was born.
The refugee camp still had tents. And my people were burned alive these.
We do not have sirens. No bomb shelters. No American military bases or Arab countries to intercept the Israeli missiles.
Shame on you.
Again. I condemn only the killing of my people.
To this hypocritical world,
Over 80 were killed and 200 injured while waiting for aid in Gaza.
They sought bread and were met with bullets.
You see the blood and choose silence.
Gaza is slaughtered daily — and your silence is complicity.
From Dr Yousef Abu Al Rish, Deputy Minister of Health in Gaza:
“This is happening now. Nearly 300 dead and wounded have just arrived at Nasser Hospital after Israeli tanks attacked civilians who were waiting for food.
The situation is now out of control. The hospital can no longer deal with such high numbers of cases.”

Nothing I have ever studied or taught has prepared me for this phase. When a sitting U.S. president publicly threatens a civilian capital with annihilation on social media, turning genocidal language into official communication, IR’s clean theories of calibrated violence and political science’s predictive models collapse. This isn’t strategy — it’s theatre on the brink of mass death, an intent to destroy not just a state but a nation. And our theories still cling to the fiction of rational actors.
Actually, we, the Palestinian people, more than others have been facing existential crisis for decades. Our land has been unjustly taken away from us, most of our people have been subjected to an eternal state of exile and denial of rights, and those who remained mostly live in refugee camps and continued to be slaughtered, injured, or abducted.
People in Gaza are literally living in concentration camps, with no proper access to food, water, medicine, fuel, clothing, diapers, education, or shelter. Some families were buried in the sand after a 2000Ib missile hit their tents (in an area designated “humanitarian”). Some other families, among them are relatives of mine, remain under the rubble of their houses for months.
So if you really want to talk about existential crisis, talk about us, us who have been watched for years as if we are acting on a stage, us who have been screaming but their world took off their ears, us who haven’t been recognized a full member of the United Nations.
But we exist. We will forever.
“Forever” is a verb.
