Spot on - empathy combined with the ability to ask great questions is incredibly powerful in leadership.
For books, one I really like (even though it's older) is "Leadership for Dummies" by Marshall Loeb and Stephen Kindel. It's practical and easy to read.
Right now I'm focusing on the art of asking better questions as one of the key leadership skills.
I'll dig a bit deeper and share some stronger recommendations soon!

@shabishetty07 Doing prior research before meeting someone so you can ask better, more thoughtful questions is such a respectful and powerful approach.
It shows you genuinely care.

Such a deep and important nuance.
The best questions only land when the other person trusts you're asking from a place of genuine curiosity - not interrogation.
That trust is usually earned through real listening first.
"Earning the right to ask" is such a wise way to put it.
Thank you for this insightful addition! π¦ π

Yesterday really went all out - ate your lunch, used up all the hot water, and wanted "the talk". π
Time to gently show it the door and make today yours.
Thank you for the laugh - made me smile! π¦ π
@AyomikuO_ Strength is a powerful one too.
Mental, emotional, and inner strength can carry us through almost anything.
