@serahwaldorf The reputation comes from gang violence in multiple communities spread across Spn Tn for many decades. All lower income communities in Spn Tn are controlled by either one order or clans. When the violence erupts it affects the rest of us that don't live in those communities.

@GabbyGrantjm @sas1_sastra My guess is that they don't want the responsibility. My father has 6 children by 4 women. Didnt stay with any of them and he didn't take care of any of the children. Common thing with men. So many of my friends have no relationship with their fathers.
