This small but inspiring exhibition brings together all the wonder of the discovery of these amazing treasures of ancient China. #terracottawarriors #terracotaarmy

This exquisite head of the young Tutankhamun shows him being reborn from a blue lotus, symbolic of rebirth and immortality. This lovely head was one of the first objects found by Howard Carter.

This beautiful replica sits in our treasury room.
