@StubHub Stubhub has totally screwed me over and wasted my time not only with the length of the wait times on the phone but with my travel to a venue 300+ miles away to find out they canceled my tickets without my permission. Never buying or selling with them again. Disgusting.

@StubHub they didn’t call back. Received the tickets and they were incorrect section. Stubhub, without my permission, cancelled the order because they couldn’t find comparable tickets.

@StubHub When I called Stubhub I was on hold for 3 hours and 54 minutes before I connected with a representative. I was told they’d of course be sure everything worked out bc if Fan protection AND that they’d call back. Ctd
