"I found Joy on the Goldback merchant map, she owns a Spa/MedSpa in Alpine, Utah. I got botox, and I was her first transaction in Goldbacks! She said that her husband had helped her sign up, but she hadn't had anyone come in to spend Goldbacks yet. She was so excited! She had a colleague at the spa working with her, and I was able to chat with them for about 10 minutes about how it works. I showed them the app, how to process a transaction, and the Goldback merchant map of other businesses."
@JeffPasquino Have you looked into Goldback? Silver is hard to verify at the register, isnt divisible as a coin, has no foothold as a monatary system today. Goldback = verified security features, merchants willing and ready to accept them, and are fractional enough for everyday use.

Goldbacks may be known as beautiful spendable gold, but in Arizona, they became something more. A way to support young artists, connect with local schools, and show what it means to be a true community partner.

Hey! You can definitely buy regular gold coins if you just want to collect gold. But if you buy a regular gold coin slightly over the spot price, you usually lose that extra money when you go to sell it back. The extra cost of a Goldback simply covers the hard work and technology it takes to split an ounce of gold into tiny, exact amounts that you can actually use at the checkout counter.
There is no real 'premium' because you don't lose that extra value—you can spend them at that exact same daily exchange rate. Because they are built to be easy to spend, you don't have to trade them back for regular dollar bills first. You can use them just like regular cash for their full exchange value at thousands of stores.

2. The exchange rate is real and updates daily. The extra cost simply covers the hard work and technology it takes to turn raw gold into a practical, easy-to-use bill. @Badmotherrucker Typical scam comment...We definitely don't think regular cash is completely worthless, but historically it does lose value over time. We are simply offering a way to protect your money with a currency that has real, verified 24K gold right inside
