Our student-created Black History Month Museum was a great way to showcase all of the learning and activities that have been happening in our k-5 classrooms this month!

Amazing job to the staff and students who put on our Black History Month assembly today! The presentations were informative, the dances were entertaining, the songs were moving and the drama skits were impressive! Great work!

We can't thank @_purplehibiscus enough for such an amazing, hands-on cooking experience for our students. Sharing your family's beautiful, historic story and your journeys exploring other Caribbean islands and countries was truly impactful!

In celebration of the Lunar New Year, our students had the chance to learn about and make dumplings. They explored different methods for using chopsticks and practiced different folding techniques. Students surely enjoyed the delicious dumplings they created.

Today, we began our first primary book club led by Ms. Fowler. Our enthusiastic young readers shared their book suggestions and collaboratively worked on the goals of the book club.
