Getting parade-ready, one piece of candy at a time! Our residents had a wonderful time coming together to prepare candy for the 4th of July parade...and we can neither confirm nor deny just how much "quality control" took place along the way.

We had a blast with some target practice recently, and honestly, it felt a little strange to have this activity without being yelled at by mom for shooting Nerf guns in the house!

We had such a great afternoon recently exploring the Delavan Farmers Market! Residents enjoyed browsing local vendors, taking in the sights and sounds, and spending time together in the beautiful weather!

That @Brewers vs @Cubs bet from last month was officially paid off with a delicious meal of @Johnsonville brats due to the @Brewers win! Although, anytime you get grilled brats and hot dogs it feels like everyone wins!

We had a lively afternoon hitting, kicking, and batting a balloon around the room! There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and teamwork for everyone that joined in on the fun. Sometimes the simplest games bring the biggest smiles!

Despite some wind and rain, we fired up the grill & celebrated our amazing caregivers with a cookout full of burgers, brats, & delicious goodies! It was a tasty way to show our appreciation for the dedicated caregivers who make a difference in the lives of our precious residents!

Our residents were hard at work creating a special banner filled with personalized messages to celebrate CNA Week! Each heartfelt note was a meaningful way to express gratitude for the dedicated caregivers who provide compassionate care, kindness, and support every day!

Another new apartment renovation project is officially underway, and we're excited to share updates and progress along the way! Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes looks, milestones, and the exciting changes ahead!

There's a rumor that vegetables were eaten before dessert... but we have absolutely no evidence to support that claim. What we do have evidence of is plenty of smiles and some very happy residents enjoying their @culvers custard!

The smiles say it all! Residents enjoyed another wonderful dinner outing, this time at Crandall's Restaurant! Great food and even better company made for a wonderful evening!

Our Spring Tea Party was a wonderful success! From delicious treats & delightful conversation to fabulous hats & plenty of smiles, it was an afternoon filled with joy, laughter, & great company. Thank you to everyone who joined us & helped make this special event so memorable!

A huge thank you to the firefighters and utility workers for their outstanding response. While it certainly provided an entertaining morning for us, we'd prefer to keep our excitement focused on bingo, birthday celebrations, and special events... not flaming utility poles!!

For the record, no—we were not trying to burn a brush pile at the base of a utility pole earlier this week!

Unfortunately, an electrical issue of still-unknown origin caused a fire to start at the top of the pole and work its way down.

While it certainly got everyone's attention, thanks to the rapid response of Walworth's great Fire/Rescue squad and the expertise of the electrical crews, the situation was quickly contained. Most importantly, our residents and staff remained safe throughout the incident.
