You say? It’s criminal. The CA State Water Resource Control Board has delayed my permit to store water from my well in my small irrigation pond since 1994, and my 4 small ponds on my 2000 acre ranch since 2005. I’ve had to pay over $900K in legal fees to work through CEQA. It’s pure bullshit and bureaucratic bloat. It’s breaking all of us. CA won’t let landowners store rain water on their own land for their livestock and farming. It’s a tyrannical 1-Party State that has zero checks and balances

The details of the dam’s structural study came out this May. There is NOT a reason to demolish the structure as professed. It’s structurally sound. And a second thing, these dams only divert less than 3% of the Eel River’s tributaries. So the stored water used for 600,000 people in the downstream Russian River watershed are not affecting the Salmon on the Eel. It’s concocted from the “Friends of the Eel”
Who have their offices in Marin next to Congressman Jared Huffman and Governor Newsom. It’s about crushing clean food, livelihoods and rural life. The tallest most well funded building in Sacramento is the EPA. It’s a crying shame.

Completely agree! Talk to psychiatrists that are dealing with teenage psychotic breaks in Sonoma County, California. This genetically modified horror is not “your weed of the ‘70s” that was weed. Cannabis is so genetically modified and farmed with toxic chemicals that it’s just poison.

Cannabis is farmed with more toxic chemicals than most anyone can imagine. The Clones and genetic modification of this once marijuana weed have induce more psychotic breaks in young teens than will ever be documented. This current shit is poison. Not sure it’s possible to turn back time and make it “weed like” again. I live in CA’s Emerald Triangle and the devastation of our soils, wildlife, water and communities is unmatched. So, maybe if cannabis was not genetically modified and cultivated without chemicals!
