This is the TK90X, a Brazilian clone of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48K.
It was manufactured by Microdigital Eletrônica in São Paulo and released in 1985. It retained the familiar Spectrum-style case and keyboard.

It ran roughly 90–95% of ZX Spectrum software. This image is the original Microdigital promotional brochure.

Harold Macmillan, the former British Prime Minister, with Sir Clive Sinclair.

The photograph was taken in London on 10 November 1983, during the launch of new educational software for the ZX Spectrum. Macmillan would have been 89 at the time.
