@PalmPayBusiness A transfer of 485,000 was made to my palmpay agent account on the 7/5/24 at around 8am from my a Dotpay terminal and till now it hasn't reflected in my palmpay agent wallet.

I wanted making a transfer from my DOT POS to my PALMPAY AGENT ACCOUNT as i'm an agent to both financial institutions but erroneously transferred the sum of 430,000 to a wrong palmpay account on the 17/11/22
@palmpay_ng I made an erroneous transfer to a wrong palmpay account instead of mine. Have called customer care, sent series of messages. Dotpay the financial institution I used in initiating the transfer have sent countless mails to palmpay through the email [email protected]
