@juliey4 1600 structures burned in Malibu (Woolsey Fire) just 5 years ago and I haven’t heard much about those areas being uninhabitable or ongoing disaster zones.

That said I’ve got a friend who lost their home in Altadena and her assumption is that she won’t be rebuilding for years
