@haven @haven we also stripped the beds on the final day and the mattress and pillows were full of yellow stains. No one has taken our complaint seriously. I also emailed Lisa Burger who i believe is the operations director. No response from her either.

@haven @haven they said there was nothing they could do about it because we didnt report it on the 1st day. But we didnt realise how dirty it was until we had been there 2 days and kept finding things. We reported it all on the 3rd day

A weekend of football finishing off a very active half term for Jack. Mascot for local team Worsbrough Bridge Athletic FC on Saturday and a football match today 😊⚽️🏆@PrimaryBg @BarughGreenPE

Day 6 and 7. Swimming lesson, preparing a healthy snack and a bike ride round Clumber Park. Jack is ready to go back to school for a sit down 🤣🚴@PrimaryBg @BarughGreenPE

Jack has made a great start to his healthy half term diary. A walk round the lake with his Football on Saturday and on Sunday he was picked man of match by the opposition and his coach ⚽️@BarughGreenPE @PrimaryBg
