🔥On 7/17 incoming freshman, Sara Garcia took home the Margaret Hunter Trophy as the top girl finisher at the Crail Golfing Society's Junior Open Championship(@ Balcomie Links)! Sara set a course record by firing a 5 under par round of 67! Way to go Sara!⛳️🏌️‍♀️

AMCHS Girls Golf finishes 4th @ the 17-5A District Tournament with a 63-stroke improvement and up 2 spots from last year!

Led by Teija Radcliffe (181, 18th), followed by Chloe Nguyen (185, 19th) and Brynli Peabody & Naia Makisimino (186, T-20).

AMC Girls JV Golf team finished the season with a WIN at the district tournament at Brenham CC!

🔥 Natalie McCoy earned medalist honors with a PB(93)! Caroline Jones placed 3rd (101), and Reagan Greiner finished 5th (104)

JV team was led by Natalie McCoy’s PB- 97 👏

Varsity placed 11th as Chloe Nguyen led w/ a 179 (chip-in eagle on #1) & freshman Briley Norman posted a 186(PB - 90 in round 2)! 📈

The team finished 5th with a score of 379, improving 19 strokes from last year!

🏌️‍♀️The AMCHS Girls’ JV Golf Team competed Tuesday in Bryan and brought home a 3rd place team finish!

Rylin Spence led the way in 5th place, followed by Natalie McCoy in 11th! Iyla & Reagan tied for 13th, Kennedee placed 17th, Julia (26th) and Laynie (32nd).

Next up PCCC on 3/20.

On Monday the Lady Tigers finished 6th out of 15 teams. Chloe Nguyen led the way with an 84 to place 11th overall!
Briley Norman made a big varsity debut, shooting a 92 (23)! Teija (95), Brynli (96), Anna Kate (96), and Naia (99) all broke 100 to seal a strong team performance.

The JV “B” team also had a strong day, placing 3rd, led by Kennedee Smith’s 104.
