@Fit_For_Golf@sleepdiplomat I'm not an expert on circadian rhythms but from what I know this is a commonplace strategy in sports where 'peaking' for a single event e.g. Marathon requires effectively altering your body clock/training to a competition time zone as early as possible.
If looking to avoid soreness whilst in-season, here are 3 top tips:
1οΈβ£ Keep volume low to avoid fatigue
2οΈβ£ Avoid slow tempos and extended eccentrics that increase time under tension
3οΈβ£ Keep exercise variety/ variation to minimum
