One of the most powerful messages we can share with golfers.
Check out this recent case study from Jared Bickle which highlights how screening, 3D assessment and effective programming helped improve speed, efficiency and eliminate pain in a 70 y/o golfer. https://t.co/1YT7Vul0go
3️⃣: Monitoring fatigue using data. If VBT drops considerably throughout sets, it may no longer be an effective power workout. Fatigue is often the enemy of power.
I think it was David Whitley who said “ aging is like cement hardening”. If you want cement to stay workable, keep adding water and keep it moving. Sound familiar?
NEW ARTICLE: How a 70 yo golfer improved sequencing, speed and addressed swing characteristics that were identified through screening, video analysis and 3D data capture.
A great example of how assessments can guide program design for golfers of any age. https://t.co/1YT7Vul0go
If you are not playing, do better. It is not your coach’s fault you are struggling. You have to take responsibility and learn to be better, train harder, and do not stop. Your breakthrough will come. You have so much more to learn, so keep at it!!!
