An animated film has never been nominated for Production Design or Cinematography because most voters don’t understand how animation works but the level of cinematic craftsmanship is undeniable

Happy sweet 16 to ‘Scott Pilgrim Vs The World’, a movie gift that keeps on giving. The more the years roll on, the more insane it seems that we actually got to make it. The time spent with the cast and crew of this film was a real joy, and those friendships endure to this day. Thanks to everyone who worked their socks off on it and all of you that saw it (with special bragging rights for those who did so on the opening weekend!).
