Dr Gomes - soon to be senior fellow discussing post op pituitary management today. 1. New onset hypopit post op occurs by 3-6mths. 2.Timing of recovery for new post op panhypopit varies. Keep monitoring 3.Risk of VTE & infection post surgery for CD can persist upto 3 mths.
