The matter related to a 2016 contract to supply and fit emergency warning equipment, including blue lights, to SAPS vehicles.

Sibiyas bail hearing has been postponed to Wednesday.

Sibiya is currently held in solitary confinement within the C-Max facility at Kgosi Mampuru.

Sibiya’s legal counsel maintains that the current conditions of his detention lack a justifiable basis.

The I.O says its for security reasons and the conditions are proper for any human being.

The Defense says this is an issue that must be dealt by DCS.
