Still looking for work, though, and that's getting kinda urgent. Life feels very fucky otherwise, but... got a pulse still. Never quite sure how long that'll last.
Been a while. FFXIV has taken over my life (all jobs maxed, BiS Omnicrafter/Omnigatherer w/ relics, grinding final combat relics, SGE/GNB/RPR/VPR/MCH/RDM specialist), playing Pragmata a ton (def recommend), tinkering w/ Sunshine/Moonlight, trying to do more w/ Home Assistant.
One more expansion and I'll finally be able to unleash the magical delete button: My beloved Xenoglossy.
Oh, and decided on MCH as my next class. That LB3 is downright SEXY. "What if we took an orbital laser killsat... And put propellers on it?" https://t.co/hQ0EPN8WBI
Doma is liberated. Now freeing Ala Mhigo.
Great. The Garleans are taking notes from every evil sci-fi-ish org, and making bioweapon/aug'd soldiers.
If they touched Krile, I'mma find a way to Colony Drop Azys Lla onto Garlemald.
I love finally being able to use Foul in Duties.
BLM 's at Lv 100 and almost half through Stormblood (beat Susano, rescued Gosetu).
Got tired of long Duty Finder queues, and discovered unsynced runs.
Solo'd "The Coils of Bahamut" and "Alexander" yesterday, along with all the Primal Ex trials.
Xenoglossy is a delete button.

I've taken the plunge into the FFXIV rabbit hole. Going in completely blind and solo for about a week now on Golem. Lv 58 BLM with job quests up to Lv 50 done. Trying to pick between focusing on CNJ/WHM, RDM, GSM, or ALC once I finish ARR MSQ (currently on Operation Archon).

While watching the only things I was sad weren't present were the underwater drowning alert getting added to the music, or the "BIG FOOT" G.U.N. walker from SA2's first boss battle being deployed in front of the Mean Bean shop. Those would've been just that little extra polish.
I was *not* expecting Idris Elba as Knuckles, with the vibe of MCU Drax. But overall, Sonic 2 was a pretty good movie.
Loved the little classic Sonic tropes added in; the underwater air bubbles, or the Genesis-style cover art for the mech's user manual. Some nice touches there.
@FoxdotGIF Quick heads-up: If you're using Home Assistant and have the UniFi Protect integration setup, setting a custom image will break the integration. You have to switch to a message or the default image, restart the integration, then change back every time the integration/HA restarts.
And read through all of KAIJU NO.8 last night without realizing that there's an anime (that Sonarr's now getting).
Any other good series people recommend? Tore through "My Wife is the Demon Queen" pretty quickly. Currently starting "Boushokuki no Ken" since it looks interesting.
Earworm. "I will drop a 500 KG on your nuts if you say the word 'supercrack' again."

(Has anyone had a teammate call a bug tunnel breach a "supercrack"?)
It was the cable. Swapped to a 10Gbps USB-C to USB-A cable and everything works perfectly, though a bit finicky and the whole PC locks up if the Nofio base station's USB or power cables wiggle enough to lose connectivity for a second (or more accurately, when it reconnects).
Frustrating. Trying to get my Nofio adapter working. HMD and controllers are picked up just fine. But SteamVR never gives the OK on any of the three lighthouses tracking the Index, and only OKs one controller at a time. I'm leaning towards the included USB cable only being 2.0.
